Grab-A-Mow collects contact and job information that homeowners and lawn care professionals submit through grabamow.com, including name, email, phone number, location, job details, service radius, availability, helper or crew details, receipt uploads, expense records, and related notes.

We may also collect account activity, device and browser details, approximate location, precise GPS job-arrival details when enabled, uploaded photos, messages, ratings, reviews, payment status, payout status, form acknowledgements, IP address, referral source, cookies or similar analytics data, and records connected to support requests.

We use this information to match homeowners with lawn care professionals, send service updates, provide customer support, process payments, review job proof, handle disputes, reduce off-platform payment abuse, improve Grab-A-Mow, protect users, detect fraud, enforce our Terms, maintain records, and comply with legal, tax, safety, and payment-provider requirements.

If you provide your phone number, Grab-A-Mow may send SMS messages about lawn care requests, job opportunities, scheduling, payment, arrival, completion, and account or service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

If calling, voicemail, chat, automated messaging, AI support, or call recording features are later enabled, Grab-A-Mow may collect related communication records where allowed by law and with any required notice or consent.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Grab-A-Mow, including hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, SMS, identity verification, background screening, support, security, legal, tax, accounting, and business operations tools.

We may share job-related information between homeowners and lawn pros so a requested service can be evaluated, accepted, scheduled, completed, reviewed, paid, supported, or disputed. This can include names, contact details, address or service area, job notes, photos, GPS proof, completion status, ratings, and messages when reasonably needed for the Grab-A-Mow service.

For lawn pros, Grab-A-Mow may collect identity verification and background screening status so we can decide whether a pro can appear as available for paid jobs. Screening vendors may collect additional information under their own privacy terms when that feature is connected.

Grab-A-Mow may collect and store GPS arrival details, before and after photo links, completion notes, payment status, approval status, and related dispute records to confirm job progress and protect both homeowners and lawn pros.

Lawn pros may upload same-day fuel or lunch receipts for recordkeeping. Lead Pros may tag helper or crew names on expense records for their own tracking. Grab-A-Mow may store receipt files privately and keep receipt metadata such as file name, file type, file size, upload date, and a file fingerprint so pros can view or export organized records. These records are used for Grab-A-Mow app tracking and exports, but pros remain responsible for confirming tax treatment with their own tax professional.

Grab-A-Mow keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the platform, maintain job and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal or tax obligations, and protect our rights and users. Retention periods may vary by record type and payment, tax, safety, or legal need.

You may contact hello@grabamow.com to request access, correction, deletion, or review of your personal information. Some records may need to be kept when required for payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, legal compliance, backup, or legitimate business records.

Grab-A-Mow is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review it.

Security practices

No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Grab-A-Mow uses reasonable safeguards and trusted service providers, but users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through forms, messages, photos, or receipt uploads.

Grab-A-Mow limits personal information to what is reasonably needed to run the platform, match jobs, support payments, send notifications, verify work, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Payment and payout information is handled through payment providers such as Stripe, and Grab-A-Mow should not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Admin access, API keys, database credentials, email keys, SMS keys, and payment keys should be stored only in secure hosting environment variables or trusted provider dashboards. Grab-A-Mow does not ask users to send passwords, banking information, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or identity documents through ordinary website forms unless a trusted verification or payment provider requires it through its own secure flow.

Users should contact hello@grabamow.com if they believe their account, phone number, email, job details, payment status, or personal information has been accessed or used improperly.

Marketplace accountability

Grab-A-Mow is a technology platform that helps homeowners and independent lawn care providers connect. Our Terms of Service explain that lawn pros are responsible for their own work, equipment, safety, conduct, taxes, insurance, legal compliance, and any damage or injury caused by their services. Homeowners are responsible for providing accurate property access, pet, hazard, and job details.
