What should pros know?

Choose one or more supported services. Ground-level fall cleanup covers leaves and yard debris; basic ground-level care includes routine shrub trimming, mulching, and hand-pulled weeds. Weed eating/edging is a mowing add-on. Chemicals, dangerous-tree work, climbing, and other unlisted work are not available. Snow availability depends on location, season, weather, and nearby pros.

Timing: A requested date is a preference, not a confirmed booking. Once a pro accepts, the work must be completed within 14 days.

For snow work, describe the surfaces, approximate area, snowfall or ice conditions, parked vehicles, slopes, steps, and where snow may be placed. A request does not guarantee local or timely snow-service availability.

Nearby pros see your budget with the work details and can match it or offer another total. The minimum job total is $50, including the 12% platform fee. Leave the budget blank to invite quotes. You review the total before paying.

Only after 48 hours from the pro's acceptance, if you have not cancelled before the pro actually arrives and a homeowner-caused issue prevents the agreed work. Support must verify it first. Late cancellation alone does not trigger it. You will acknowledge the full policy before choosing a pro.

Notes Work-area photos (up to four)

Show the sides of the property or areas that need work. You can add more photos later in your dashboard, up to 12 total. Eligible nearby pros can view these photos before quoting. Photos stay private to the job unless you choose to share a before-and-after pair after completion.

Confirm the request

Posting does not book a pro or charge your card. You can review quotes in your dashboard. Only pros with current screening verified can quote or be selected. A selected pro must also have current insurance verified for every booked service before accepting, receiving payment, seeing your property address, traveling, or working.

I understand Grab-A-Mow is a marketplace platform and lawn pros are independent service providers responsible for their own work, conduct, safety, and any damage they cause. I am responsible for providing accurate property access, pet, hazard, and job details. I understand Grab-A-Mow jobs, add-ons, future related work, and payments must stay inside Grab-A-Mow, not cash or outside payment. Grab-A-Mow may require GPS arrival, before/after proof, completion notes, and homeowner approval before a job is closed. If my selected lawn pro cancels before work starts, automatically reopen this saved listing for fresh nearby quotes after any required refund is confirmed. I will still choose and pay a replacement pro; Grab-A-Mow will not charge automatically.
